Wright 3-5 pages in length excluding the tile page and references page on nursing documentations, using at least 5 journals articles published within the last 8 years on the subject of documentation of patient/client care. Use the 7th ed APA. Paper should focus on acknowledging errors in documentation, learning from the continuing education opportunities as well as the journals articles and self reflection
I need a lot of emphasis on legal guidelines for documentation of patient cares, problems that can occur with charting ahead, wrongful documentation, not charting correcting, pre-charting patient care. The articles must be submitted in pdf format.
