Discuss Hebrews 2:1–4. “Therefore” in verse 1 ties this exhortation to Christ’s superiority to the prophets and angels. How does this exhortation grow out of Christ’s superiority? What does the author mean in 2:3 regarding “neglecting” salvation? Does the author include himself in that warning? Can Christians “neglect” salvation? Give reasons for your answer. How would you help someone not to “neglect so great salvation”?
