Use the problem-definition process outlined in chapter six of your main textbook and begin the process of defining research questions for your dissertation. Remember, this will be a long process and you will probably need to refine and/or redefine your questions over the next several weeks. 

For now, you will need to focus on steps one and two; 

1.  Understand the business situation, identify symptoms, and 
2.  Identify key problem(s) from symptoms. 

• Explain the business situation and define the symptoms. 
• What problems can you identify based on the symptoms?
