Complete a comprehensive history, utilizing the form linked below, on either someone over the age of 65 or someone that you know has a lot of medical problems. Write the results in narrative format and include the family history as a genogram. 

Genograms are an excellent method of visually portraying family relationships and medical history. It makes it easier to see trends in family strengths and weaknesses. There are many software programs for these, but they are also easily developed without one. You will be practicing these in the lab as well as doing one as part of your health history assignment.
