Your training response in the podcast should include:  The steps you will take to resolve the situation  A description of how you will interact with the citizen  The options for resolution that you will offer the citizen  The option for resolution the citizen selected (you choose the resolution for the purposes of training)  A description of how you will counsel the officer about his or her rude behavior and lack of assistance  How you would present the resolution to the officer and his or her role in the resolution
