Create ten sketches from still life on toned paper.  Fill up the entire page, occupying all four edges of the page, focusing on creating illusions of depth and space through overlapping objects.  Use the white media to create highlights and lighter tones, and use the graphite and charcoal pencils to create the shadows and darker tones.
