Discuss what you would monitor for a client who is
prescribed clonazepam for mental illness. This should include but is not
limited to: Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome, Serotonin Syndrome, tardive
dyskinesia, therapeutic range of the medication, specific lab values,
cardiovascular status, GI status, and BEERS relevance.
