a) The research paper must include a minimum of six (6) peer-reviewed references. NOTE: these references should not be more than 15 years old. Find current and relevant articles. Wikipedia, USA Today, and other similar sources are not appropriate. You must find and use academic articles, books, etc.

b) The research paper must include a title page and reference list in addition to the 5-7 pages.

c) The entire document must follow the 7th Edition of the APA text. This includes formatting and referencing. 

d) The research paper must be completed using Microsoft Word ONLY (.doc format).
