1. As the Director of Planning at a large hub, Group V airport, you are told by the Executive Director that Singapore Airlines may begin service with A 380 aircraft in 6-9 months. What options are available to you in accommodating this aircraft?
2. As the Director of Marketing at a small-hub airport, your job performance is judged in part by the number of passengers enplaned at the airport.  Concern has been expressed by the amount of leakage, as many potential passengers in the local area drive two hours south to take oftentimes less expensive flights.  Passenger enplanements at your airport have declined 9% from the previous year since low fare service was introduced by Allegiant at this other airport.  How do you counteract this leakage?  Develop a plan to confront this challenge head on.
