• Describe the best leader you have met or a historical leader you admire that helped his or her team accomplish a great goal.
  • What made this person a great leader as compared to other leaders you have known?
  • How has this persons leadership affected you and your ability to reach a goal?
  • Please also describe how the leader affected others in addition to you.
