Write a 3+ page letter to an elected/appointed public official discussing racial disrimination and recommend some realistic actions this person can take. . In this letter, you should use at least 2 authoritative sources to explain the social problem, support your argument, and identify how we address this problem. This public official can be anyone of your choosing, elected or appointed, but select someone who represents or oversees an agency related to the social problem (for example, if you write a letter on environmental concerns, the administrators of the federal Environmental Protection Agency or Pennsylvania’s Department of Environmental Protection would be suitable).
