Capstone project intervention: The proposed intervention in dealing with mental issues affecting nurses due to COVID-19 is introducing mentorship programs. This intervention aims at offering support, helping the nurses bounce back and effectively cope with the mental issues. This is the only way that these nurses can maneuver the challenges and effectively deliver their roles in the system.
