TOPIC : Are video games negatively affecting childhood development?
Your PowerPoint should include the following: an introduction of the issue at hand, a yes and a no side, and a conclusion. The entire PowerPoint project should have a total of six scholarly/journal articles (three articles supporting the “yes” side and three articles supporting the “no” side).

Remember that when you reference an article in your PowerPoint, you need to cite in ASA (including a reference slide at the end of your PowerPoint)
· Title and name
· Introduction of the issue: What does the technology do? What are the social consequences of this technology (good and bad)? (5 points)
· (Yes) side: This side needs to be supported by at least three outside scholarly sources.
· (No) side: This side needs to be supported by at least three outside scholarly sources.
· Conclusion: You must provide a summary of the overall arguments, and choose which side has the strongest arguments. In other words, where do you stand on the issue?
· Works cited: Please use ASA format to cite references.
· Format: You need to make sure that the PowerPoint follows the format listed below.
1. You should not have more than six bullet points on one slide and no more than six words per line. Remember, less is more.
2. You need to use the “presenter’s notes,” which can be found at the bottom of PowerPoint project. You need to fill in presenter’s notes as if they were presenting to the class. If you are having a hard time finding presenter’s notes, try this video:
3. Words on the PowerPoint should be clear and easy to read. Avoid using too much color as your background, and make sure you can read it as if you were standing in the back of the room.
4. You should also use appropriate images, graphs, tables, and charts in their presentation. Remember, if you include any graphs, tables, or charts, make sure to interpret the information in the “presenter’s notes”. Please do not use videos when presenting this project.
