15 Aug The importence of communicating when it comes to issues in a squad
I am in the army in I got in trouble for not letting my squad leader know about an issue my soldier was having as a team leader. My soldier Pvt Pazi lost his government ID. I wanted to give him the opportunity to find it before bringing it up. The individual who ended up finding it was a staff Sgt that worked at division. So the small issue became a gigantic problem because I didn’t let my squad leader know. So now I have to write this 1000 word essay on how important it is to pass up issues.
