Your project will provide an overview for the construction of Midland Medical Centre starting from Roofing, Wall & Ceiling Systems including MEP which includes installation of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
Requirements:
For each Section, your team shall provide a brief section including each of the following:
A. Major Trades Involved.
B. Key Scope Items for Major Trades.
This is a list of the most important scope items, written in bullet-point form, for each trade noted in Section.
List approximately 5-10 key scope items for each trade, as appropriate to convey the bulk of each trade’s overall scope.
You should review the Midland Medical Centre drawing set to ensure you list any site-specific scope items for the project.
C. Sequencing Considerations.
This is a bullet-point section of important considerations related to order or sequence regarding installation of work.
A sequencing consideration might convey important points about one item that must come before another within each step.
Most important, explain “WHY” the one item must come before the other item you noted.
Try to focus on sequencing considerations that connect the work of one trade to another trade.
For each section include approximately 2-5 key sequencing considerations.
D. Drawings & Concept Images.
First, you will select a drawing from the Midland Medical Centre drawing set to convey some of the work required for each Section.
You may choose a plan, section, or detail, as appropriate, either in whole or in part.
You may add highlights or mark-ups to the drawing to emphasize items completed within each Section.
Second, you will also provide a photo as a concept image to convey some of the work required to build Midland Medical Centre for each Section.

Copy and paste the drawing and concept image into the body of your document, and for each, provide a brief overview with 1-2 bullet points as to what is shown in the drawing or photo.
