This letter will be a letter to talk about the horrible work ethics about an operational Director. This letter should include the arrogant, discrimation, the unprofessional talking behind managers, porgram coordinators, and staff.
think about a letter that you wanted to write about someone who was just always out to get you. They think that everything is right but doenst include their supervisor because they dont want them to knowhow gritty and disrespectful it is. Although she gives support when asked, she chooses what and who she really wants in her corner.
she does have a assitant who when seperated from her, she is amazing. The assitant is very easy to talk to and allows help to be given but as soon as her superviosr comes she swicths roles and she becomes just as arrogant as her supervisor.
this letter should also reflict on the fact that there was a letter previously for this Director. There was a meeting containing a whole residnece filing for her behavior which caused for a meeting with everyoneand nothing was done. In the past the Director has fired multiple people who have worked over 20 yeasr in the company. She has even rumored that one of the managers has slept with the auditor, to pass all audits.
The patients at the residnece dont know her but just know of her and she has been there for more than three years. in this letter i also want to include that good people keep coming and going and its like apattern. I need this letter to ensure that the last program coordinator has been supportive and helped whenever she can. The guys love her and they dont want to see her go. They didnt want to see the program coordinator before MAry go either but they have been a coversation stating that the reason why he was let go was because he was gay but when asked specifically the Director stated that he didnt have his bachelors but he was in the compnay for more than 10 years. In the prescpective of being a great staff the agency has gone down since the true soliders left.
I need this letter to be hearfelt and very emotional but to the point to ensure the meaning of whats going on in the company and it has be stopped!!!
