15 Aug Talent Selection
Choose two selection methods and compare and contrast them. What are the benefits of each? What are the disadvantages of each? What dialogue challenges might you face with each? What strategic value does each tool have in the recruitment and selection process? How does selection fit in the recruitment strategy? Be sure to support your post with references. which one do you personally prefer?
Selection is not easy at times. How do we choose? Do we utilize a matrix, use or instincts/guts, or what? This week you are reading and learning about the selection process. Think long and hard because some difficult and damaging decisions can come into play here. I look forward to your participation.
