5. Honest Iago. Notice how often the adjective honest is applied to Iago (make a list of these instances). Who uses the term and why? Who trusts or distrusts Iago in the play? Is Iago in fact honest? How or how not? How does Iago cultivate a perception of himself as honest, and what role does his honesty play in the tragedy? Develop a thesis about Iagos imputed honesty. must use secondary research, documented in MLA format with both in-text and end citations (a Works Cited page). The essay should also show your own ideas to a substantial extent. You should use four to six sources (excluding primary sources), but don’t use quotes, summaries, or paraphrases for more than thirty percent of the paper.
The essay should be between five and seven typed pages (1,250 to 1,750 words) of content (not counting the Works Cited page). It must follow MLA format requirements. (These are given below and in the Information Central module.)
- Use Times New Roman, 12 point font.
- Double space everything.
- Use a header with your last name and the page number in the upper right of all pages.
- Use a heading with your name, my name, the name of the course, and the date in the upper left of the first page, under the header.
- Center your title and capitalize the first letter of all major words.
- Indent all new paragraphs five spaces (one tab).
- Use one-inch margins all around.
