The focus for this activity is to take the time for reflecting on what we learned, how we learned it, and where we will apply what we learned. Adult learners especially learn more effectively when they can collaborate and share with other perspectives, and then apply those new meanings to their own lives. As such, it is important to check in at the end of each course and recognize the value added in your own life and how it will shape you as a manager and leader.
