How do crime, poverty, and social welfare programs relate to one another? For this Discussion, present a detailed argument for the relationships of crime, poverty, and social welfare programs in your state or locality where you live. Ask yourself, as a policy maker, how these three variables (crime, poverty, and social welfare) might relate to each other and what, if any, solutions there might be to the problems citizens face. Then, provide a detailed summation of this relationship and identify how your solution would fix one or more of the variables. Remember, your solution has to fit within the context of your state or locality.
