This essay is a proposal that should give scholarly information on what happened to classical music and especially to Opera in Iran after the Islamic revolution and how the Ismalic laws of Iran prohibit music. ( role of religion in destroying the Opera and ballet industry in Iran after revolution). The writer Must use the sources listed in the attachment section and whatever source he/she thinks is required to support this idea ( In addition to the attached sources, you must use the book: “Soundtrack of revolution: The politics of music in Iran” by Nahid Siamdoust which is published by Harvard university press as one of your main sources of this essay). Your essay will need to be critical (that is, you will need to be self-conscious about your point of view and methodology). Must have a political point of view to happening to classical music and Opera industry in Iran.
