YOU CANNOT CONVERT BACK TO USD NOR CONVERT TO THE CURRENCY BOUGHT IN SECOND WEEK! So choose a different currency. The buys/sells are to be done each Wednesday using the value from the above website. The most optimal time for best exchange is between 12:00pm – 3:00pm CST. Rates change every minute of every day, so this is the most stable time for rate exchange. However, you may purchase anytime your schedule permits.
