For this assignment, write a paper in which you summarize and evaluate the effective practices for evaluating a community of learners in the online environment. Determine what elements make these learning communities successful, and then offer a rationale for how to best establish an online learning community and how it can continue to evolve. Conclude with a description of an ideal learning community within your area of specialization and how it might be created and facilitated.
