31 Aug criminal justice reform
Criminal Justice Reform seems to be the political buzzword in recent times. It also seems to have many definitions. To some it is simply releasing people from prison early as there is belief that their sentences were too harsh (generally drug related offenses) and there were no specific victims to their drug dealing. What does Criminal Justice Reform mean to you and should victims of crime be included in any reforms that are implemented? Why or why not? Please explain your reasoning.
