this is room operation course which is hospitality.
you will need to do the test in 17th at 1:00 pm. make sure really ready to do and it is limted time to complete.
you should study and understand very well in module 10-13 in room operation course. you must get A+
Once you begin the test, you will have approximately just over 90 minutes to complete and submit the test. Please read each question carefully and do not skip questions; there is no going backwards!
The test will consist of multiple choice, true/false, and multi-short answer questions. There will also be questions based on the OPERA Cloud modules you worked through this semester.
The test will become available on Tuesday August 17th at 12:00pm
