can you include How a muscle works? Please explain in your own words how we dictate a muscles function (can refer to muscle fibre orientation and the use of the band in the course to show muscle actions).
Why do we work towards neutral spine? Explain the benefits.
In all sections, core, glutes, arms, thighs why do we work in different positions in the body (eg. Turn out, parallell etc). What outcome will this give the class and the body?
How do we check for abdominal separation in post natal clients? What movements should we avoid for prenatal client in their 2nd and 3rd trimester and for postnatal clients with abdominal separation?
