What has been your experience with onboarding and orientation at your previous organization? Based on what you have learned this week, what are some ways your onboarding experience could have been improved? Include what role collaboration plays in onboarding, who should share the onboarding responsibilities of a new employee, and members involved along with how each member is responsible for the employee’s assimilation into the organization. Include in your assessment 1) how onboarding facilitates assimilation into the organization, 2) the approaches to build a mindful organizational culture.
