Please use the file attached to finish the writing assignment. The literature review needs to be completed, as well as the reccomendations and conclusion/future reccomendations. Please add 5 additional references along with my 3 which will make 8 total (use more if needed). Please feel free to re-write or change what is already written- I’ve hit a wall.
The paper is about how Hybrid HMOs can help to improve access, quality and affordability to the U.S.. health system.
The length of the final paper should be a minimum of 12 pages, double-spaced in MS Word, and include the following criteria.
- Title Page (APA style)
- Table of Contents
- APA level-one headings throughout including:
- Introduction
- Background
- Problem Statement
- Literature Review
- Analysis of the Problem
- Recommendation/Solution
- Implementation Plan
- Conclusion with Future Recommendations
