Your final project will be divided into four (4) phases. You are to begin your analysis portfolio by creating a document that you can build upon. You will add to it in each phase. Be creative, this is not an essay. It is a portfolio that you would use to present the operations system of your chosen company. Therefore, each phase needs to be clearly defined. Within each phase, use APA headings to clearly separate your sections.
Phase IV is the final section of your project. You will complete a conclusion section, which summarizes the operations of your company. You will also complete a final section labeled as Recommendations. Here you will discuss your recommendations for changes in the operations management processes of your company.
Finally, put all of the parts together and then complete a Table of Contents. You will also complete the Executive Summary, which acts as an abstract. This should be no more than 200 words and should briefly describe the key points of your research areas.
