Signature Assignment:

Using your knowledge from the course and your personal experience, write a 5-8 page paper that addresses the following:

1. Provide a brief review of positive strengths. Do you feel that these strengths reflect universal values? Why or why not?

1. What is meant by flow and why is this important to Positive Psychology? How can such a fleeting experience have such a profound impact in the individual? Have you ever experienced this state? If so, please offer your experience and how this made you feel.

1. From your Values in Action results, what are your top strengths? Do you feel that these results are an accurate reflection of you as an individual? Did anything in these results surprise you?

1. Using the knowledge of your strengths and positive experiences, how can you apply this information, especially your top strengths, to improve your well-being? This can be in your relationship with self, connection with others, offerings to the community or application to your current work and future aspirations?
