You have been asked to research the development of an effective Conduct of Operations (COO) element program for your workplace. Write a report (in essay format) describing how you would approach the task, and include the following information:

 

What is your priority focus in developing the program? 

What are the basic steps for adding a new element?

What factors might influence the integration of new element activities?

Discuss the hazards associated with changing existing elements or introducing new ones.

What is the DuPont Bradley Curve, and why is it important? Explain the safety cultures it entails. How would you apply them to your program development? 

What documentation, if any, will you attach to aid in convincing management of the necessity for the COO element program?

Your essay must be at least three pages in length. You must use at least three sources for your essay; one of your sources can be the textbook. Be sure to include an introduction in your essay, and adhere to APA Style when creating citations and references for this assignment. APA formatting, however, is not necessary.
