You are the manager of a deli. Your busiest time of the day is the lunch hour rush when many working people from nearby factories and businesses come to grab something quick. A new fast food restaurant is opening up next door to you. How can you avoid losing your lunch customers to this new competitor? What approach will you take to solving the problem?
