o Market Entry and Marketing Strategy: Detail the strategy to be used by the business to enter the chosen market. Describe the customers being targeted by the company and explain how the organization will connect with them.
o Legal aspects to be considered. Which types of law will affect the company depending in the country chosen (Source of law, International Law, International Treaties, International Trade Agreements)
o Ethical considerations: Is the company sociable responsible? If yes, why?
