From your reading you will have learned about the amount of time a leader spends dealing with drama in the workplace and addressing ego-behaviors (page 25).
The reality being that leaders need to deal with their employees or followers issues on a daily basis.
- Discuss your insights into the role of the leader and followers when it comes to workplace drama.
- Reflect on your understanding of the term “followership” before you started this unit and if your perception has changed now that you have completed this module?
