31 Aug Peaking Plan
- From the videos, written assignments and reading:
- Develop an Annual Peaking Plan for your team based on the information in the example provided in the E-Book.
- Your plan must include the following:
- Indicate Sport coaching
- Include the age level you are coaching
- Indicate the 2 Competition Dates that you are peaking for (they must be the appropriate days apart).
- Start Date for the cycle.
- End Date for that cycle.
- Start Date FOR EACH PHASE
- End DatesFOR EACH PHASE
- Every phase must have a detailed description of the:
- Strength training that will be done during that phase (sets-reps-percentages).
- Conditioning that will be done during that phase (times-distances-drills).
- Sport specific skills & drills that will be done during that phase (names of all drills and activities).
