Choose one of the lenses so far – anti-Blackness and write an essay about why that lens is necessary and what that lens reveals about the United States. Said another way: make an argument about why people should think through the lens of your choice, and what they will learn if they do. Engage substantively with at least two sources from the lesson/lens of your choice. You may reference additional sources from that lesson and/or other lessons, but do not use outside research/sources.
