Course Project is to create the core components of a small business Internet marketing plan. The plan will outline how you will market and sell online a product (good or service) for a small laundry service business. Please refer to Draft 1 (attached).

- Define the general legal and taxation implications of selling online from your location.
- Evaluate any ethical implications of selling the product online.
- Define at least three sustainability efforts to reduce environmental impact.
E-Commerce Software
- Identify any web-hosting and hosted applications needs.
- Identify any software application integration needs.
- Determine any commerce service provider (CSP) needs.
Security and Payment Systems
- Outline a customer data and privacy policy.
- Determine an online payment system.
Implementation
- Establish objectives that map to the marketing strategy.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify any implementation risks and mitigation plans.
