Create a usability test study.
For the website you are working on for your UX project, have someone (friend, roommate, spouse, ect.) navigate through the website. (You can create two to three personas that show how they browse the website with different approach) You must give them a specific goal. For example, If it’s an online shop, tell them to search, review, and buy a specific product down to the color and size. Watch them through the entire shopping process. If your website is an informational website, give them a goal to find a specific item on your site. Watch how they navigate through the website and find the information. Report on their experience and provide a detailed explanation of any bad experiences or if the site was easy to use. Upload any screenshots to support your findings.
