Description Case Study Analysis Instructions

The purpose of the Leadership case study is to analyze an individual situation (case) using relevant theoretical concepts from your discipline. The case study might then be used to help make a decision about how to do things in another case that has similar features. Learners are expected to use theories, vocabulary, and models to describe their analysis of the case study. The case study analysis should be written in clear concise language.

Read the following case study entitled, “History of the NCO 1700: Valley Forge”.

Pick two key problems as your topics to discuss in your case study analysis.

Write a 500 – 700 word analysis using the case study format outlined below:

Paragraph 1: Key Problems, Thesis Statement

Paragraph 2: Set the scene (background/facts/main actors)

Paragraph 3: Proposed Course of Action (Solution) (one, may have sub components)

Paragraph 4: Analysis of COAs and why you rejected any of them

Paragraph 5: Recommendations (for implementation of the solution)
