The instructions say  Complete Evidence Table as described in the Evidence Table Worksheet. Include Week 4 worksheet with completed Evidence Table. I will attach that week 4 worksheet that I used. 

 

My PICOT question is the following: 

 

In adolescent and young adult females struggling with different forms of alopecia (P), do the many varieties of pharmaceutical treatment options such as oral, topical, and injection forms of therapy (I) compared to non-medication treatments such as natural remedies (C) increase the likelihood of disease remission (decreased hair loss and increased hair growth) (O) over a one-year period (T)? 

 

I will attach the Week 6 worksheet (Evidenve Table Worksheet) that is required for this assignment. 

 

There appear to be three parts to this assignment. I filled out the first part already, so all that needs to be done is part II (Evidence Synthesis) and part III (Evaluation Table). Under part II (Evidence Synthesis) I also filled out the 5 databases that we have to use. I’m assuming we have to find an article from each database and fill out the picot for each one. I have emailed the isntructor last week for further clarification on this assignment but have not received a response.
