Prepare a 1,250-1,750-word Case Evaluation based on the movie and character you selected in Week One 2010: Natalie Portman, Black Swan: Psychotic disorder
Your evaluation should address the following:
- Describe your client and summarize your clients diagnosis.
- Support your diagnosis with psychopharmacological research findings.
- Select the appropriate medication(s) to address your clients diagnosis and provide a rationale for your selection.
- Discuss the different cautions, side effects, treatment issues, and possible subsequent modifications of the medication treatment depending on your clients response.
- Explain how you will you know if the medication is working.
- Describe what the client must know about taking this medication.
- Detail how will you support your client through their medication trial, and how will you collaborate with the physician who has prescribed the medication.
