I am providing a draft that needs to be thoroughly revised
Original Instruction: Review and analyze the scholarly research related to your school-approved dissertation topic to identify gaps in the literature. Justify how a specific research question based on your school-approved dissertation topic would address these gaps and potential ethical research concerns related to the topic and study population. Synthesize your findings and determine the implications of such a study for scholar-practitioners.
Needed Improvements

The literature review does not discuss CI or studies of corporate culture in digital media firms. Profitability is not comprehensively addressed in terms of variables that might affect profitability in digital media firms. Suggest focus on applying findings to your study.

The paper did not address the question posed in the examination,” how a specific research question based on your school-approved dissertation topic would address these gaps.” A research question seems to be posed at the end of the section”how digital media firms in the United States utilize CI to achieve profitability. It is not clear from the literature the gap in understanding profitability and use of CI.”While these studies contribute to our understanding of CI’s use in organizational strategy, none of them clarified whether managers regard CI as a way of reaching profitability targets.” However, an evaluation of the studies is not evident, The literature seems to suggest a relationship. “This research gap will be filled by interviewing managers at a digital advertising agency in the United States to explain how they utilize CI to increase business profitability through product innovation.” How does this address the gap? A suggestion is to show the limitations of groups of studies under subheadings.
a primary research question is not clearly posed nor is the question of how the literature leads to a proposed research question clearly demonstrated. Thus, there is a fault in the pathway from the literature to the proposed case study question. More emphasis might be placed on the profitability literature showing the variables that have been studied. A stronger case could be made for introducing CI as a potential variable. This would also improve the content focus.
