to be serviced (e.g. line at the restaurant, doctors office, email response, internet order). Why did you have to wait? 

Name three (3) reasons. How did the line (physical in the office or virtual) and wait time were managed? What approach(es) 

were used? How effective were the approaches to eliminate the wait time and line? Provide three (3) suggestions of how you

would have handled the situation differently, using lines and wait time management concepts and terminology.
