Analyze how each was used within the commercial.  Select three (3) scenes: one for Ethos, one for Pathos, and one for Logos.  Cite evidence from the commercial that fits your choice (e.g.: In scene_______, Ethos was the primary mode of persuasion.  Ethos is exemplified by _______).   Write a brief summary of your findings. Modes of Persuasion—there are three ways to convince a person:

1. Emotional (pathos)—we see emotional arguments with animal shelters and child abuse
2. Logical (logos)—we see logical arguments when it comes to health and safety
3. Ethical (ethos)—we see ethical arguments when it comes to making good choices
