You will become the SHF Review Board on the Smith Residence designation. You must make a recommendation to Springfield City Council on whether or not they should designate the property and any other recommendations you have in order to assist City Council in their decision.
To do this, read the attached pdf documents. Then use the SHF assessment criteria (6. SHF Assessment) to write your recommendation. Your recommendation should explain why you recommend designation or not. Your recommendation should be no longer than three paragraphs.
