The United States Supreme Court has issued many rulings in recent years on a wide variety of contentious topics. Pick a case that you think either demonstrates a wise use of judicial review or an example of judicial activism and find at least one piece of documentation to support your view. That documentation could come from a scholarly article in a legal journal discussing that case or from a newspaper, magazine, or website that discussed the case.
