For example, in Kuwait the steps are as follow: 

1- Application Submission 

2- Set a measurement date 

3- Schedule a trial 

4- chair trial period 

5- Supplier selection 

6- Issuance of purchase order 

7- Handing over the chair to the authority 

8- Set a date for receipt 

9- Handing over a chair to a person with a disability 

Their is a period duration for each step and the total period to get the wheelchair and the total period is approximately 9 months to get the chair. Thus, I need to compare this processes and period with other countries. I want you to set the steps for submitting wheelchairs for people with special needs and mention how long does each step takes. I want famous countries such as Germany, Singapore, Canada, UK, France…etc. Mention 2 countries. I don’t want US. Please i want a guaranteed sources for the information. For example, official websites. You can also mention an official plan from a famous wheelchair company supplier and write their process with the period for each step also. 

Notes: 

1-write about each country separately. Also the steps listed them as a point with explaining each steps and the period for each step. 

2- Number of sources is not important for me use as you prefer. but i need an official sources. 

4- Please, mention if the authority/society/company who ever you will write about if it is governmental of privite sector.
