The issue of a “lifespan” perspective on developmental psychology and to illustrate that there are different views of the lifespan, share how you would break up the lifespan into 8 distinct stages (ex: infancy, middle age, etc) if you were creating your own theory of development. What characteristics would you use to describe each of these age groups? And, into which category do you classify yourself?
