a) Describe what aversive racism is and what are some of the key ideas in this framework. Provide an example of how aversive racism could influence the outcome of a situation with ambiguous ways of behaving.
b) We learned about the health disparities that exists within the United States. Briefly describe a couple of these disparities that exist. In light of this, do you believe that patient-provider interactions should be racially/ethnically matched (yes/no/it depends), why or why not? Defend your position.
