Managerial leadership styles are crucial to the formation of an effective healthcare team. The competitive nature of the healthcare industry requires leaders to set goals to meet organizational responsibilities and support patient rights.

There are many different types of leadership styles, such as Autocratic, Democratic, and Laissez-Faire. Should a health care leader know the different styles of leadership and chose the one that is most effective in accomplishing the goals of the organization? 

One of the strategies I would use to accomplish the organization’s goals is first to identify who the stakeholders are and their goals. Once I have done this, I would try to incorporate their goals into the goals of the organization.
